Songwriter Sarah Magill is a Midwestern introvert who makes music for feelers as Quiet Takes. 

Magill’s first solo EP was released under the name MYRY in late 2018. Ahem emerged from a series of writing experiments with producer David Bennett (Akkilles) and will be re-released under the Quiet Takes name in December 2020.

In the quarantine-spring of 2020, Quiet Takes released the stripped-down single ”Wanted (The Dirty Windshield Version)” as a teaser for a new EP, San Fidel, coming March 5, 2021. 

Magill is also a founding member and active collaborator in RubiX, a multidisciplinary performance collective based in Kansas City.
